Years later, in the early 2000s, the AAOMFR meeting was in my hometown of Kansas City. Dale emailed me and invited to come down to watch a panel he was on. They were discussing a pretty new technology called CBCT. He told me, "you've got to come and see this." He was right.
Since that time Dale has been my tutor in all things radiology. It pays to have a board certified radiologist in your contacts. I like to tell people that Dale has forgotten more about CBCT that most of us will ever know. He has his own CBCT reading service where he provides radiology reports for doctors, so he sees a multitude of scans every day. His skills are incredible. He's also a fascinating person to listen to at a course.
He also has CBCT reporting software called EasyRiter that will generate a radiology report that doctors can use right in their office. You can find more about EasyRiter here.
Dale is giving a webinar on October 9th that will provide you with lots of information about CBCT. If you own a CBCT device, you owe it to yourself and your patients to spend a couple of hours with him. You can register for his course with this link.
