I was rooting around on Amazon recently and I came across their new 3D printing store.  I was unaware of the new site, but was impressed to see that you can actually upload your own designs and have them printed and sent to you via the usual  Amazon delivery channels.

 

I'm not too familiar with the whole design  process involved with 3D printing, but I've seen some of the printers available, and they are incredible.

 

Now you have the option, instead of buying a 3D  printer, you can simply upload your own design and print away!

 

Now fluent in how to do the 3D modeling & rendering yourself?  No problem, Amazon has lots of designs for you  to choose from.
