Lights, Camera, Action!

It's been a busy week for me. On Tuesday and Wednesday I was in Cleveland/Canton, Ohio with Dental Technology Solutions doing a couple of seminars for the Comprehensive Dental Excellence Forum. I returned home to Kansas City Wednesday night.

Today, we're shooting a couple of videos in the office. The video guys from Dental Compare are here and we'll be working pretty much all day. First on the agenda is the training video for Air Techniques Spectra. The Spectra is a visual caries detection system that works using fluorescence technology applied to a photo of the tooth which allows the caries to be seen visually by both doctors and patients. It was approved by the FDA in September.

Soon, when you purchase a Spectra, you'll receive a CD with myself and Jon from Air Techniques taking you through installation, clinical usage, etc. It should really help the new user go from un-boxing to implementation in a very short amount of time.

The second video is for Pentron Clinical Technologies. I'm going to be doing a hands-on demonstration of their FibreKleer posts and their Build-it core material. We'll also be demonstrating their Core Forms core build-up caps that help create proper prep form with a minimal amount of stress.

I'll be taking some photos and posting them to Flickr and/or Twitpic throughout the day.
