Fireworks on the Ceiling?

I saw this and thought to myself, there are some dental applications for this thing...

What we have here is a device made by Sega that actually projects exploding fireworks on a wall or ceiling. It even comes complete with the sound effects, although for what I envision, I'd turn them off. The projector is around $200 so it's not completely outrageous as far a price goes.

Here's my dental application. I can see something like this as a nice distraction and patient entertainment. Imagine keeping kids distracted in a pediatric setting or giving someone a nice relaxing view while they are immobilized for an hour or so with in office bleaching.

If you don't have over the patient monitors, you could place this on the floor of the treatment area and create your own show. They are not currently available in the U.S., but I'd keep my eyes peeled for it. It could be a great way to set your office apart.
