The Apple event today has been anticipated for quite a few months. It used to be the event in the fall was the one where, for years, they would discuss the newest and greatest iPods. Now that the iPhone is the company's premier product, the fall event revolves around that platform.
There has been a ton of speculation about the specs of the new iPhone 6S, but Apple (as you are probably well aware) is a company that takes its product information very seriously and plays the game with its cards very close to the vest.
Because of that, any speculation is just that... speculation.
However, there are a some pretty good educated guesses out there.
I happen to love and religiously read Wired magazine. If you are a geek, I highly reommend a subscription. Today I happened to find an article where Wired author David Pierce goes over his thoughts on the big day.
If you have any curiosity about the Apple meeting at all, take a look at the Pierce column here. You'll be glad you did.
