Amazon Adds CD's to MP3 Downloads

For those of you who love having your music in The Cloud but worry that you never actually "have" the CD, worry no more.

Amazon is now offering a service called "AutoRip".  The service applies to certain CD's as well as Vinyl Records.

Basically the process goes like this:  You buy the CD or Vinyl and Amazon automatically adds the MP3 files to your Cloud Player for no extra charge.

I've purchased a few CD's this way and have been impressed.  It allows me to have instant access to my music from Cloud Player while, at the same time, owning the physical CD the music came from.  Pretty sweet if you ask me.

In the back of my mind I've always wondered what to do if there was ever a massive crash since all my music now resides on The Cloud.  The answer now is start reaping all those CD's...
