Greetings from Essex, Vermont & the Pride Institute's National Meeting

When it comes to dental practice management, The Pride Institute is a major player.  They've been around since 1976 and have taught literally thousands of dentists how to be successful.
So, I'm honored to be here at the Pride Institute National Meeting in Essex, Vermont with my tech buddies Paul Feuerstein and Marty Jablow to help teach the Pride members in attendance about the latest and greatest innovations that dentistry has to offer.
I began to work with  Pride a couple of years ago as a member of the technology panel that determines the Pride Best of Class Technology Award Winners.  My relationship with Lou Shuman, President of  Pride, has grown over that time.  He's a man I respect and enjoy working with.  Because of that relationship, I'm here at the meeting and having a blast!
Yesterday we took a psychology evaluation called the "Creative Style Profile" developed by Beverly Kaye & Beverly Olevin.  It was a really good time and I learned that I am an "Innovator", although those that know me well might have just said, "Duh!"  However, the best part was learning the weaknesses of my personality style.
As I've always said, "To know your weaknesses is a strength".  I probably stole that phrase from Sun Tzu who wrote The Art of War, but be that as it may, it was an eye opening time for me.
Then... a trip to Ben & Jerry's world headquarters!  Learning & a huge serving of Cherry Garcia!  What could be better?
