Important Information about ePocrates Software

It seems that some of you may be experiencing some problems or potential problems with your ePocrates software. The ePocrates team is aware of this and has offered the following information to help.

Dear Epocrates Customer,

Some customers have reported that certain drug information is missing or that the dosing information is displayed incorrectly. To determine whether you are experiencing this issue, please look-up one or two drugs to verify that the drug exists on your device and that the dosing information is correctly displayed. If you are experiencing incorrect or missing data from your drug look-up, please contact us at 1-800-230-2150 so we may assist you in resolving this issue.

If you would rather resolve this issue yourself please follow these instructions:

From the main Palm application screen, touch the time in the upper left corner of the screen and click Delete.
Find the file “Epocrates Rx” and delete this file.
Sync your device to update Epocrates.
